    Partnered with FMCG stakeholders to turn demand-planning requirements into production-ready forecasting and MLOps workflows.

    • Developed and evaluated time-series forecasting pipelines using ARIMA, SARIMA, and SARIMAX with rolling statistics and lag-based feature engineering.
    • Implemented and benchmarked Random Forest and LSTM regression models to improve forecast quality across multiple business scenarios.
    • Operationalized the model lifecycle with MLflow experiment tracking, model registry, and a champion-challenger promotion strategy.
    • Delivered an end-to-end MLOps proof of concept using Minikube, Airflow, MLflow, and FastAPI for scalable model serving and inference.
